The music interrupts constantly when playing in my iPhone X, on 4G. That didn’t happen before. I’m using Deezer for about 3 years in the same place — my home. This can’t go on. This is no way of listening music, with tiny interruptions, that happen every 10 seconds. I cleaned the cache, I deleted the app and installed it again. Please tell me what to do or I will move fast to another music app.

    Hi @Luis Serra Santos ,  this error is usually resolved by clearing the cache and updating the application. As you have tried these and other alternatives, talk to Deezer support ( https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-us/requests/new ), communicate what is happening, inform the version of the Deezer application, the operating system of your device and the data in your Deezer account that they will analyze your case. I also recommend that you speak directly to the community in English.

Thank you for your help. In fact, I did solve the problem just restarting the iPhone. My apologies since the problem seems to be in my hardware and not in Deezer.
