When I connect into Carplay my options are Made For Me, Favorites, Podcasts and Radio. How do I search for a song?
ATM I need to unlock the phone, search and favorite the song to be able to find it on CarPlay, since the Last Played feature don’t show anything on CarPlay.

I was able to “search” in Deezer using Carplay with Siri. Try to call Siri in your car and tell her/him to play song xyz from abc in Deezer. But to be honest, that doesn’t work always :/ Sometimes Siri tells me that option is not available within Deezer, which is really odd.
Therefore I switched to Spotify, because it offers a button withn its app when in CarPlay mode.
Then you press that search-button and Siri gets activated, then you’ll just tell her what to play.
It could be that easy for Deezer and I don’t know why they don’t implement it….

The workaround is to use voice control Siri.
Nevertheless, this can always be converted to an idea to have in the future.

IDK either, when I asked this question I really didn’t believe that such a basic feature wouldn’t exists already.

And it already exists on the app, I'm not asking for a new feature, It already exists.IOS and Carplay uses the same Swift language, there's no new development here. If you tell me that Deezer choose to put a button "podcasts" instead of a search, I'll believe. Because that's probabely the only reason, since IT ALREADY EXISTS on the app.
I understand that, as a CM, you probably don't have the details and just presume it's way too hard to do it, so you should escalate this to a dev team. Or send me a sr engineer offer and I'll be happy to help.

Por agora a alternativa é mesmo usar os comandos de voz pelo Siri.
Me pergunto qual é o planejamento da empresa então. Porque eu não lembro de ter visto alguma nova funcionalidade útil nos últimos….anos? Desde sempre é igual na verdade.
Mas com certeza devem ter prioridades muito maiores, como atacar projetos individuais como o Deemix ou mandarem ameaças via e-mail pras pessoas pararem de exploitar o sistema super seguro de vocês😂😂😂

Quanto a questão de usar ou ter as funcionalidades do Deezer Premium de graça, se ainda possível, tratasse de uma ilegalidade e se você tem informações úteis que pode dividir com a Deezer não hesite em partilhar.

Aqui no Brasil, quando usamos o iPhone no carro, deixamos bloqueado, e por questões de segurança também deixamos a Siri desativada, para evitar que se roubado, não utilizem a Siri para obter informações ou burlar o sistema de login por meio de bugs, ou erros conhecidos.
Isso acaba tornando a viagem insegura, pois temos que desbloquear o celular e procurar por lá, tirando a atenção da via e trânsito.
É muito mais prático ter um botão para pesquisar a música, seja com o teclado ou com uma função de gravação de voz dentro do próprio aplicativo Deezer.
Todos os aplicativos utilizados em veículos hoje já possuem uma função de pesquisar e do microfone, exemplo o próprio Waze.
Existe outro local ou repositório do GitHub para abrir essa requisição (issue) para ter mais visibilidade dos usuários para votação e entrada da fature em backlog para desenvolvimento?
