Minhas músicas da Ditto foram parar no perfil de outro artista

Hello,

I am writing to report a mapping error regarding my artist profile, EMBRASA. My releases are currently incorrectly assigned to another artist's profile with the same name.

To ensure there is no confusion and to protect our digital strategy, here are the 5 specific tracks that belong to my project, including their UPC codes and Deezer links:

I have already registered a Deezer for Creators account with the manager email: mondier.marketing@gmail.com.

Required Action: Please move these tracks to a new, verified artist profile linked to my manager email and remove any third-party content that does not belong to me. It is vital for our brand integrity that my email and links remain exactly as registered.

I look forward to your confirmation that this has been corrected.

To be able to escalate this correctly to our internal team, we need a couple of additional details:

  • The incorrect artist profile link (the one where your tracks are currently wrongly assigned on Deezer)
  • The correct artist profile link (the profile where your tracks should appear, if it already exists on Deezer)

Once we have these two profile URLs, we will be able to forward your request internally with all the necessary information to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
